X goes first. Three in a line wins, and a diagonal counts. Fill the board with no line and the round is a draw.

How a round goes
Human vs Human is the same screen. Hand it over after each mark. Human vs CPU is you against the computer, and the hard setting will not lose if you play it straight.
Take the center if it's empty. If the other side has two in a line, block that square, unless you already have two of your own.
